Only problem I dislike with scanXL is I have to keep changing the com port. It can be a bitch sometimes but if you just change the com port in usb settings it will read no problem. Which is weird because ive used it on a 95 T5, a 96 n/a, and my 98. Would be sweet if I could match at least AFRs to rpms. I'm DIY tuning my car with motronic suite and not able to log/see what is going on is a bit scary. it must be a M4.3 thing.Ĭouldn't make any softwares work that use ELM protocol either.īut I'm also interested in a solution. never managed to make it work with my car, however it works perfectly with newer cars.
